How do I care for my skin after an IPL session?
After IPL your skin can feel slightly irritated or warm. Apply a cooling, fragrance-free gel such as aloe vera straight after your session to reduce redness and soothe the skin. Repeat daily for 3 to 5 days for the best recovery. Read more about itching and irritation after IPL hair removal.
Why is my skin red or irritated after hair removal?
Hair removal, whether IPL, shaving or waxing, irritates the skin. This causes temporary redness, warmth or small bumps. What is aloe vera gel good for?
Aloe vera gel is excellent for skincare thanks to its soothing, hydrating and restorative properties. It is widely used as a natural aftersun to ease sunburn, to hydrate dry skin intensively, and to bring relief from irritation, itching and acne. Aloe vera gel is also ideal as aftercare following an IPL session.
How pure is your aloe vera gel and what is in it?
Our aloe vera gel contains 72% pure Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (91% including water) and is enriched with powerful ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, panthenol and soothing Centella Asiatica to hydrate and restore. The formula is clean, free from fragrance and alcohol, and contains ceramides to strengthen the skin barrier.
Can I use aloe vera gel on my face?
IPL works best on Fitzpatrick skin types I to IV combined with dark to medium-dark hair. For skin type V, caution is required. Type VI (very dark skin) is not advised. Unsure? Use our skin checker at the top of the page.
How long does the aloe vera gel keep once opened?
Unopened, the gel keeps for at least 12 months (see the PAO symbol on the packaging). Once opened we recommend using the gel within 6 months. Store the product somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. The gel contains no parabens or artificial preservatives; its shelf life is maintained by Phenoxyethanol, a mild preservative suitable for sensitive skin.

Ben er echt blij mee! Werkt goed tegen droge huid! Echt een aanbeveling!
Gebruik het vooral na het douchen en ook op vakantie gebruikt. Echt heel verzachtend en fijn dat het de juiste ingredienten heeft.
Ik had meteen twee potjes van de Laesera Aloë Vera Gel besteld en dat was absoluut de juiste keuze. De gel voelt heerlijk fris aan, trekt snel in en verbeterd mijn huid direct . Fijn product dat doet wat het moet doen!
Na het gebruik van mijn Laesera Nova One IPL smeer ik altijd even wat van deze Aloe Vera Gel. Werkt top. Mijn huid voelt meteen koel en rustig, zonder roodheid of irritatie. De gel trekt snel in, geen plak of vettigheid, en ruikt gewoon fris en natuurlijk. Wat ik vooral waardeer, is dat het een puur product is, geen parfum of overbodige troep, en het werkt ook goed na het zonnen.
Prima gel maar voor mij gewoon goed
Fijne gel, die redelijk goed intrekt, en voelt minder plakkerig na het intrekken als de meest Aloe gels die ik hier Voorgebruikt heb. Perfect om te gebruiken na de IPL behandeling, huid voel zacht en gehydrateerd aan!

Erg tevreden over Laesera. Ik gebruik hun aloe vera gel dagelijks en merk duidelijk verschil in hoe mijn huid aanvoelt. Trekt snel in, voelt fris en natuurlijk aan. Goede kwaliteit en snelle levering. Zeker een aanrader.

Fijn dat er er een passend product bestaat dat je kunt gebruiken na het ontharen met de Nova One IPL. De Aloe Vera Gel koelt en verzorgt je huid na het ontharen. Heel fijn!
De gel zat bij mij in de IPL in de verpakking. Hele goede toevoeging!! Fijne gel, potje kan wat luxer, clipje brak af namelijk. Alsnog kun je het makkelijk gebruiken maar als we toch kritisch mogen zijn :)
Fijn gelletje voor na het laseren blij mee
De Aloe Vera gel vind ik heerlijk, na de IPL behandeling koelt deze gel je huid geweldig en het hydrateert je huid heel goed. Je hebt er maar heel weinig van nodig want het smeert goed uit. Dus naast een haarloze huid krijg je ook nog eens een goed gevoede huid erbij. Super tevreden!

De gel die in het doos zit van de IPL is fantastisch. Was meteen verkocht dus was blij te zien dat hij ook los verkocht wordt (en helemaal verzonden wordt naar Luxemburg!!!)
