How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been processed and the shipping label created, you automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Use it to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your front door.
No email received? Check your spam folder or email us at support@laesera.com.
What if I am not at home?
No need to worry. Our delivery partner will try to deliver your parcel again, leave it with a neighbour, or take it to a nearby collection point. You automatically receive a message with the location where you can collect it, and your Track & Trace shows exactly what is happening with your parcel.
Which carrier will deliver my parcel?
We work with reliable partners including PostNL, DHL and GLS. For each shipment we choose the partner who will deliver your parcel fastest and most carefully. You always receive a Track & Trace code, whoever we send with.
What are the delivery times per country?
Netherlands: 1–2 working days: order before 17:00 on a working day and it usually arrives the next working day.
Belgium: 1–3 working days.
France: 3–5 working days.
Luxembourg: 2–4 working days.
The final delivery time depends on the destination country and when you order. Busy holiday periods can also affect delivery times.
What if my order is delayed?
During public holidays, promotions or peak periods, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We do everything we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
If the carrier is running late, we will keep you informed as best we can. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, do email us at support@laesera.com.
