How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed and the shipping label has been created, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to track your package from our warehouse to your front door.

Haven't received an email? Check your spam folder or email us at support@laesera.com.

What if I'm not home?

PostNL: attempts to deliver the parcel to your neighbours or takes it to a nearby PostNL point. You will automatically receive a message with the location.

DHL (on request): if delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to a DHL ServicePoint. You will receive a notification with collection information.

Can I choose DHL instead of PostNL?

Yes, this is possible upon request in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Send an email to support@laesera.com immediately after your order with your order number, and we will coordinate this with you.

We typically ship via PostNL as this is the fastest option for most customers.

What are the delivery times per country?

Netherlands: 1–2 business days, ordered before 5 PM on a weekday is usually delivered tomorrow.

Belgium: 2–3 business days via PostNL.

Luxembourg: 2–4 business days.

The final delivery time depends on the destination country, the time of order, and the chosen carrier. Busy holiday periods can also affect delivery times.

What if my order is delayed?

During holidays, promotions, or peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We do our utmost to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

In case of delays with the carrier, we will keep you informed as best as possible. If your package takes longer than expected, please feel free to email us at support@laesera.com.
