What are the shipping costs?
At Laesera, shipping is free, whatever the order value or the product you choose.
What is the delivery time?
Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are usually delivered within 2–3 working days. We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. During busy periods such as holidays, promotions or peak times at delivery services, delivery can take a little longer than usual. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your parcel.

Select an available drop-off point near you.
Receive your return label
You receive the return label by email. Print it out and attach it to the parcel.
Drop off the parcel
Hand the parcel in at the drop-off point you chose.
Returns are free within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Inspection and refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount within 5 working days via the original payment method, or process the store credit if you chose that option.
