What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free across Europe, with no minimum order value.
What is the delivery time?
Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days (ordered before 5 pm). Belgium: 2 to 3 business days. Luxembourg: 2 to 4 business days. France: 3 to 5 business days. Other European countries: see the checkout. As soon as your order has shipped you'll receive a Track & Trace code. During busy periods, such as public holidays, it may take slightly longer.
How proven is the effectiveness of the Nova One IPL?
In a clinical test (Shenzhen Spring Sun Hospital, 2023), participants saw more than 80% less hair growth within a maximum of 7 weeks. There were no serious side effects; mild, temporary redness did occur.
How often do I use the Nova One IPL?
Weeks 1 to 4: 2× a week. Weeks 4 to 8: 1× a week. Weeks 8 to 12: 1× every 2 weeks. After that, 1× a month as maintenance. Leave at least 48 hours between two treatments of the same area.
Does a treatment hurt?
Most users feel a slight warmth or tingling. The window cools to ±15 °C during every flash, which makes the treatment feel comfortable. IPL isn't completely sensation-free.
My Nova One IPL isn't working properly or shows an error. What now?
Email support@laesera.com with a short description and, if possible, a photo or video. We reply within 1 business day. The Nova One IPL comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty; drop and water damage are excluded.
How does the return process work?
You have 60 days from receipt, used or unused. First register your return via retour.innosend.eu/laesera (required), choose a drop-off point and print the free return label you receive by email. Refund follows within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
Is a manual included?
Yes, the Nova One IPL comes with a manual in four languages (NL, EN, FR, DE).
