How long do I have to withdraw from my order?
You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you received your order. Submit your request within that period using this form. After that you return the products within 14 days
Can I return everything?
Almost all products can be returned. The exception is sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken. These are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health reasons.
Who pays the return costs?
Return shipping is on us. We reimburse the return costs in full.
When will I get my money back?
We refund your purchase amount (including original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. The amount is refunded via the same payment method you used.
