Enter your Track & Trace number and postcode on the portal.

Choose which product you want to return and follow the steps.

Help us improve, a short reason is sufficient.

Choose a drop-off point

Select a drop-off point near you.

Print the label and take it away

You will receive the return label by email. Print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the chosen location.

What are the conditions for a return?

The product is returned complete with all accessories and packaging.

  • Registration via the returns portal within 60 days of receipt.
  • Used or unused. No questions asked.
Can I choose store credit instead of a refund?

Yes. When registering your return, you can choose store credit instead of a refund.

  • You will receive a digital voucher for the value of the returned amount
  • This will be processed manually after receipt of your return (not automatically)
  • Valid on all products in our webshop
When will I get my money back?

After receiving and checking your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Is it taking longer than 10 working days after your return has been approved? Please contact us at support@laesera.com.

My product is damaged or defective, what now?

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is the product damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered?

If so, please contact us as soon as possible via support@laesera.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Photos or a short video of the damage

We will provide a suitable solution, usually within 1 business day.

What is the difference between the EU cooling-off period and your 60 days?

For orders within the EU, there is a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Within this period, you can cancel or return your order without stating a reason.

We go far beyond that: our 60-day return period includes the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have a total of 60 days from receipt to try out your item(s).

What if I haven't registered my return in advance?

Returns must be registered in advance via the return portal. Unregistered returns:

  • Cannot be processed automatically
  • May delay your refund
  • May not be accepted
